The 41st Mising Agom Longe was celebrated by the Mishing Kebang Delhi (MKD) in association with the Mising Students’ Association of Dibrugarh (MiSAD) on 30th October 2025. The celebration brought together members of the Mishing community residing in Delhi-NCR in a meaningful and symbolic way.
To mark the occasion, community members lit lamps (Saki) and candles at their homes, representing unity, cultural pride, and togetherness. This simple yet heartfelt gesture highlighted the shared commitment of the community to preserve and celebrate their linguistic and cultural heritage, even while living far from home.
The evening was followed by an online inaugural and interactive session, which brought together MKD and MiSAD members along with well-wishers from different places. The session served as the official beginning of the celebration, creating an atmosphere of warmth and collective spirit.
